Whitechapel Art Plaster upgrade and enhance the finish of buildings with fine plasterwork and associated joinery or remediation.

Traditional lime plastering, fibrous plasterwork and contemporary frame, board and render systems are all utilised by the business to achieve the objectives of service, efficiency and quality.

With a work shop inside the historical boundary of Cheshire, but only seven miles from the city centre of Manchester the company retains its links with heritage and county craftsmanship, while at the same time embracing the work ethic, innovation and can do attitude which became synonymous with the area from the time of the industrial revolution.

What sets Whitechapel apart is the companies ability to deliver the full package from initial survey and report writing through to design, manufacture and onto the execution of work and hand over to client.

If you’re looking to procure the services of a reputable plastering company, from full package and delivery, or the supply only of fibrous plaster products please contact the office on 0161 339 1440 or email info@whitechapelartplaster.co.uk

Charles Warren

Workshop Manager

Charles Warren is the son of Charley Warren of Manchester Art Plasterers, with whom he trained as a fibrous plasterer, so you could say that the craft is in his blood and that Charles is a true descendant of what went before in this trade and the city of Manchester.

Charles also worked with and was a friend of Terry King. Charles became proficient in the art of curved work, after some assistance many years ago from Terry in the shop; for example where a cornice or other moulding is required to follow a radius or elliptical run.

These days it’s Charles who needs to problem solve and give the instruction and tuition required to keep the thread of what we do in the shop and on site going. Charles can also be seen in action in the work shop in the company overview video.
